First of all let's come to an understanding about this service. It was for an oil change. Ok. Hopefully it was done correctly and I will be back in 5,000 miles for another. Secondly I dislike very much answering these questions.

This was one of the BEST experiences I have ever had with a dealership. I have had to purchase 10+ vehicles over the past 2 years for the business. There is always fluff, hidden costs or flaws, extra hoops to jump through, etc. The last vehicle I purchased from another Chevy dealer took 20 days! From my first call to inquire about purchasing a vehicle to being able to pick it up was only 24 hours! Tires rotated incorrectly and didn’t change the sensors to match the tires. And I’m not sure why, but it’s not very welcoming. For Clinton County, it’s a surprise everytime I come in.

Overall good experience. Tried to sell me tires. Also, quoted me $7-8 for a new key fab battery, but charged me $15. That was disappointing. Convent to have it done, but could have ordered a battery for $8-9 and done it myself for almost half the price. I wish he had been honest and quoted me accurately.
Tried to charge me twice the amount that was quoted. Kyle is a kid with gauged ears (disgusting), spoke softly, and mumbled even though I asked him to speak up several times. I had to go to the service manager and he made excuses for his 'technicians.' He finally removed the $119 diagnostic charge, which I was never told about. Just an overall atmosphere of 'we don't care, just give us your money. '

I dropped my vehicle off the night before and had to leave work early the next day to pick it up. I don't mind service hours being business hours but they have no plan for picking up the vehicle after the service and cashier leave at 5:30. Well, other than pay your bill online and we'll try to have someone in sales available to hold your key or leave the key in your vehicle. Other than that the staff seem great.

I will be back, but I can’t recommend after my last few visits. I appreciate the shuttle service, but I hate that what’ should be an hour to two at the most, takes the entire day.
Im disappointed that i asked about checking out why my vehicle seems to pull left with initial braking. Asked about the used tires that were on the vehicle I bought. Was told they were good enough. When I was there to get my oil changed they said I don't have much on my tire tread left.
