Have nothing against service department. But the truck was 2 quarts low since last change. Gm says it is fine but I have never heard of that xxxx before cause when you lose oil there is a problem
I have a new car that I bought at mcclusky but I didn't want to drive there for service so I checked with Bush and they were very helpful and said I could come there. When I arrived they took my car right in and I relaxed in the lounge and it was done in a little bit.

Poor communication, the dealership wanted to rob me of a large amount of money without any quotes for what could need repaired. Also left out that the timing chain on my vehicle needed replaced. Which the codes themselves could tell me but for some reason the dealership was unable to communicate that issue. They instead wanted $630 to just inspect not even repair. It would've been another bill with another price more than likely well exceeding the inspection cost and if I couldn't afford the more costly repairs I would still be out $630 without a solution to my problem. ... Everyone was professionally. Only issue was I was quoted $20 labor plus cost of the bulb, then they tried to tell me $90 some until I said something about what I was quoted and I ended up pay about $45.

You had my truck in the shop for a little over a month. Said the water pump was on back order, once it was in found out the manifold for the water pump was also bad had to order it also took time to get it in. The truck is driving fine now I appreciate the work just didn't like how long it took to get it done.

I had an A/C problem. It was addressed and taken care of. No problem. I left my car at Bush Auto while I was on vacation. It was done when I returned. Easy peasy.
The problem was that it took about 7 hours to complete and the price was more than anticipated because he forgot to tell me about the 3.5% processing fee for credit cards. My bill was over $900 so that made quite a large difference. If I would have known that ahead of time I would've paid a different way.

Trying to get used to the Equinox, I think sometimes it tries to help me too much by having so many "automatic" systems , I like choosing them myself when I need them, I need to work with the controls a lot more. I brought my vehicle in for a road force balance. Historically it has been difficult to get them balanced properly. After the balance, I took a highway run at various speeds. I was very happy with the results. It was smooth without any vibration. Thank you.
I came in with my transmission overheating. They diagnosed and told me I needed a new transmission. Hauled the truck to dealership that purchased it from due to the fact it had a lifetime powertrain warranty but work was required to be done there. After getting it to other dealership the diagnosed it as having a bad torque converter. The truck only had 40k miles so I knew it didn’t need a complete transmission.
