Everyone was professionally. Only issue was I was quoted $20 labor plus cost of the bulb, then they tried to tell me $90 some until I said something about what I was quoted and I ended up pay about $45.

You had my truck in the shop for a little over a month. Said the water pump was on back order, once it was in found out the manifold for the water pump was also bad had to order it also took time to get it in. The truck is driving fine now I appreciate the work just didn't like how long it took to get it done.

I had an A/C problem. It was addressed and taken care of. No problem. I left my car at Bush Auto while I was on vacation. It was done when I returned. Easy peasy.
The problem was that it took about 7 hours to complete and the price was more than anticipated because he forgot to tell me about the 3.5% processing fee for credit cards. My bill was over $900 so that made quite a large difference. If I would have known that ahead of time I would've paid a different way.

Trying to get used to the Equinox, I think sometimes it tries to help me too much by having so many "automatic" systems , I like choosing them myself when I need them, I need to work with the controls a lot more. I brought my vehicle in for a road force balance. Historically it has been difficult to get them balanced properly. After the balance, I took a highway run at various speeds. I was very happy with the results. It was smooth without any vibration. Thank you.
I came in with my transmission overheating. They diagnosed and told me I needed a new transmission. Hauled the truck to dealership that purchased it from due to the fact it had a lifetime powertrain warranty but work was required to be done there. After getting it to other dealership the diagnosed it as having a bad torque converter. The truck only had 40k miles so I knew it didn’t need a complete transmission. I've had issues every since I bought it in January 2025. Check engine light came on 3 days after I bought my vehicle.
Engine parts failure. Service department very informative. Quality of work was quick and efficient from service tech Kevin.

When I scheduled the appointment for an oil change, I also told them that I was having a loud bass noise. The receptionist said it would be no problem for them to look at the bass noise as well. When I got to the appointment they said no one is available to look at the noise and I would need to schedule another appointment

This was one of the BEST experiences I have ever had with a dealership. I have had to purchase 10+ vehicles over the past 2 years for the business. There is always fluff, hidden costs or flaws, extra hoops to jump through, etc. The last vehicle I purchased from another Chevy dealer took 20 days! Tires rotated incorrectly and didn’t change the sensors to match the tires. And I’m not sure why, but it’s not very welcoming. For Clinton County, it’s a surprise everytime I come in.
